Cancer has affected so many people in our communities, as well as our friends and families. Most of us know someone who has been affected by cancer in some way, which makes this cause particularly meaningful to me.

Playing golf for a full day is definitely going to be a physical and mental challenge, but knowing that every hole helps raise awareness and funds for cancer support and research gives the challenge a much bigger purpose.

It’s going to be a long day, a lot of swings, plenty of walking, and probably many bad shots along the way — but it will all be worth it for a great cause.
