I've helped fund 18 hours of a research assistant’s time to work on life saving cancer research.
I'm taking on Cancer Council's The Longest Day...
Cancer. It`s a word no family ever wants to hear - and yet, it`s a word that has shaped my family's life in ways we could never have imagined. Both my wife and my daughter are cancer survivors. Two of the strongest bravest people i know stared this disease in the face and refused to back down.
Our journey was filled with Fear, Hope, Sleepless Nights and silent prayers.
This isn't just about statistics or numbers. This is personal. I've seen the toll cancer takes -not just physically, but emotionally and financially. And I know we can make a difference, one donation at a time
