I've helped fund 28 hours of a research assistant’s time to work on life saving cancer research.

I'm taking on Cancer Council's The Longest Day...

Four rounds of golf. One day. 72 holes, 14 hours without break, around 25,000 steps, close to 400 shots, and most of them bad.

Let's be honest: cancer sucks. Almost all of us know someone who has been through it, and 1 in 2 Australians will be affected by the age of 85. Me spending a full day on a golf course won't cure anything.

But the money we raise together will go straight to cancer research, and that's where real progress happens.
