I've helped fund 20 hours of a research assistant’s time to work on life saving cancer research.

I'm taking on Cancer Council's The Longest Day...

⛳ 72 Holes. One Day. A Cause That's Close to My Heart.

This year I'm taking on The Longest Day, playing 72 holes of golf in a single day to raise funds for life-saving cancer research.

Golf is something I love, but the reason I'm doing this is deeply personal.

Like many families, cancer has touched mine in more ways than I'd like. Throughout the day, I'll be thinking of some incredibly special people:

❤️ Kayla, Avril and Deb - three amazing Breast Cancer Warriors whose strength continues to inspire me.

❤️ My dad, John - currently taking on bladder cancer with the same determination and grit he's shown his entire life.

❤️ Rob and Brett - two great mates who we tragically lost to brain cancer far too soon and who are never forgotten.

While 72 holes will test my legs, focus and endurance, it's nothing compared to the challenges faced by those living with cancer and the families supporting them every day.

That's why I'm asking for your help.

With 1 in 2 Australians affected by cancer by the age of 85, every donation can help fund research, improve treatments and give hope to families facing this disease.
