I've helped fund 26 hours of a research assistant’s time to work on life saving cancer research.
I'm taking on Cancer Council's The Longest Day...
...the ultimate golf challenge to complete four rounds of golf in one day! Dan and I are teaming up together to take on this challenge.
The statistics are 1 in 2 Australians will be affected by cancer by the age of 85. For those that don’t know, my mum was diagnosed with cancer when I was 13 years old. Only a few months ago, my dad was diagnosed too and is in the middle of his fight. For our family, that’s 2 out of 2 well before the age 85. Cancer hasn’t just affected my family, but so many close friends and their families too.
Cancer is tough and takes a huge fight. I understand times are tough for everyone at the moment, but any spare change really does go a long way. I hope you can donate, share or sponsor us.
