I've helped fund 48 hours of a research assistant’s time to work on life saving cancer research.

Longest Day 2025

For me, the Longest Day is far more than a physical challenge. I began this journey in 2021 to honour both my grandfathers, whose lives were taken by cancer. Playing 72 holes in a single day is my way of keeping their memory alive while contributing to something bigger than myself.

On 15 December, I’ll again be taking on the full 72 holes at Northbridge as part of the Shore School team. Over the last five years I have seen first hand how this event brings people together all united by a cause that touches every community. As I often remind myself: “Golf is the challenge of the day; cancer is everyone’s every day.”

Over the past four years, this event has raised more than $100,000 for the Cancer Council, helping fund crucial research, support services, and the hope that no family will have to walk this path alone. Last year we finished 4th nationally. This year we’re aiming even higher.

I would be incredibly grateful for your support. Every donation, no matter the size, every dollar makes a genuine difference.

Thank you.
