I've helped fund 6 hours of a research assistant’s time to work on life saving cancer research.
I'm taking on Cancer Council's The Longest Day... And shaving my head!
Cancer is something that touches almost everyone. Whether it’s family, friends, or someone close, we all know the pain this disease causes. That’s why I’m stepping up to do my part.
My goal is to raise $500, and once I finish the 36th hole, I’ll be shaving off my long hair! The hair will be donated to Wigs for Kids, to help children who’ve lost theirs through illness. It’s my way of showing how much this means to me and standing in solidarity with those facing far tougher battles.
