I've helped fund 18 hours of a research assistant’s time to work on life saving cancer research.

I'm taking on Cancer Council's The Longest Day.. 54 Holes of Golf in 1 Day

I’m playing 54 holes of Golf to raise money for cancer research.

That’s a fair bit of walking — especially for the other guys in my group who’ll probably spend most of the day looking for their balls in the bushes.

It won’t be a walk in the park for me either. It’s meant to be a hot day, and there’s not much shade down the middle of the fairway.

I’m doing this for Zoe, Steph and Michelle, and for anyone who’s fighting cancer right now, or has had to fight it before.

If you’ve got a spare dollar, I’d really appreciate a small donation. And if not, just remember — anyone who’s been close to cancer knows that at the end of the day, your health and your loved ones are what matter most. We’re lucky to have that right now, so enjoy it and don’t take it for granted.
