I've helped fund 4 hours of a research assistant’s time to work on life saving cancer research.
I'm taking on Cancer Council's The Longest Day.
This challenge is to complete four rounds of golf in one day to raise funds and awareness for the Cancer council.
Its basically the Bloody long walk combined with a lot of back breaking, club swinging and ball whacking madness.
An average round takes 3 to 4 hours and somewhere between 90 and 110 shots, so it will be the longest day.
1 in 2 Australians will be affected by cancer by the age of 85, I want to help try and help while having fun with a work colleague and attempting this challenge.
Please sponsor me today, because tackling cancer takes all of us, every dollar raised can help.
Together, let's tee off for a good cause and a future where cancer isn't a life threatening disease.
