Wynnum Golf Club hits $15,000
What started as a simple idea to take on the challenge of 72 holes in a day and raise a few dollars for a great cause has turned into so much more.
Today the team from WGC passed $15,000 in fundraising. A mammoth effort from a group of normal blokes trying to do their little bit to fight this dreaded disease.
A huge thank you to all our supporters and a huge thank you to the players that are getting behind this great cause.
Monday 23/12 is our big day, preparations are complete and we will complete this together.
There is still time to donate, please dig deep and help us continue the fight.
Wynnum Golf Club passes $10,000
The momentum continues with an amazing fundraising effort by all involved.
Today the WGC team passed the $10,000 in donations which is a simply amazing effort by all involved.
Preparation for our big day on the 23/12/2019 is going well and all players for the day a ready to take on this mammoth challenge.

Wynnum Golf Club crashes through $7,500
Another significant milestone was achieved this weekend with the WGC Team pushing past $7,500 in fundraising for the Longest Day.
The team is growing and our generous sponsors continue to support this truly great cause. Thank you to everyone that supported us so far.

Wynnum Golf Club hits $5,000
I am proud to say that we have ht our first goal of $5,000. Not bad to a week's worth of fundraising.
Wynnum Golf Club is on board and spreading the word and hopefully, our members will come on board with additional support.

We’re taking on Cancer Council’s The Longest Day...
...the ultimate golfing challenge to complete four rounds of golf in one day. That’s 72 holes!
We’ll be testing our skill, strength and stamina to raise funds for Cancer Council.
Because Australia has one of the highest rates of skin cancer in the world, with two in three Australians diagnosed with skin cancer by the age of 70 and we want to help change this.
