We're taking on Cancer Council's The Longest Day with Grant, following the recent diagnosis of his wife Jayde.
...the ultimate golf challenge to complete four rounds of golf in one day!
I (Grant) will be testing my skill, strength, and stamina on Monday the 16th of December to raise funds for life saving cancer research.
1 in 2 Australians will be affected by cancer by the age of 85, but I never thought my wife Jayde would be given a stage 4 diagnosis a week after her 36th birthday and I want to help make a difference so others don't have to face what we are currently going through.
I will be attempting to play 72 holes in a day at my home club Royal Canberra (yes walking them all) and will be joined by some friends playing either the whole 72 with me or 36 or 54 holes.
