The Longest Day is the ultimate golf challenge to complete four rounds (72 holes) of golf in one day.

I am dedicating this day to an individual that has been a mentor and role model in my life. From when I was 9 years old, Ben Duggan (Duggo) played a huge role in my life, not only as a football coach but also as someone I can look up to.

When I was asked to participate in this day, there was no other person that I thought was more fitting to dedicate this day to. I am also participating in this event with 2 other mates, Jordan Austin and Andrew Bastianon. What is special about this is that Duggo has been a mentor in all 3 of our lives. Duggo has coached all 3 of us boys, and we still remember many of the great memories and lessons he taught us growing up.

We are participating in this day not only to dedicate it to Duggo, but also to use this event as a platform to raise awareness, encourage early detection, and offer support to those facing similar battles. 

I'll be testing my skill, strength, and stamina to raise funds for Cancer Council.
