The Longest Day Dollar Match Day 2023

The Campaign is run by The Cancer Council NSW (ABN 51 116 463 846), 153 Dowling St, Woolloomooloo, NSW 2011, (02) 9334 1900 (Cancer Council NSW).


1. The Longest Day Dollar Match Day 2023 (the Event) begins at 11am AEDT on Thursday 7 December 2023 and continues until the maximum amount of $10,000 has been matched by APT Travel or 11:59 PM AEDT Thursday 7 December 2023, whichever is the earlier (the Promotion Period).

Matching Process

2. Event participants who receive a donation to The Longest Day Dollar via their individual or team fundraising page during the Promotion Period are eligible to be part of the Campaign.

3. During the Promotion Period, APT Travel will match dollar for dollar donations made to any Event participant’s individual or team fundraising page (Matched Donations).

4. Matched Donations will be processed in order by time and date and will appear automatically on the Event participant’s The Longest Day 2023 individual or team fundraising page once processed.

5. The following donations are not eligible to be matched :

1. Donations made using a payment method that is not credit or debit card ;
2. Donations made through the dashboard; and
3. Donations made to The Longest Day 2023 generally rather than to an individual or team fundraising page.

6. Cancer Council will announce the end of the Promotion Period via the Facebook and by email to Event participants.

7. The amount of Matched Donations appearing on an Event participant’s The Longest Day 2023 individual or team fundraising page at the end of the Promotion Period will be final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the amounts of Matched Donations allocated to an Event participant during the Promotion Period

8. Receipts will be provided for all donations and those over $2 are tax deductible. Cancer Council NSW and Meta are not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in this promotion.
