72 holes have been completed

We are finished!!! 11 hours 50 minutes, 21190 steps and 4 tired golfers.

1 day before the big test .... reality is about to hit

Ok, the checklist is in place: lots of golf balls; a plan to meet at the course soon after 5.30am; food and hydration strategy; maybe a shower after the 3rd 18-holes; change of clothes and shoes; sunscreen and cool towels (forecast 27deg and some wind).
Now for an early night and ready for 4.30am alarm! In bed before the kids. CT

7 days from our game .... getting nervous

I am starting to a get a little bit nervous about this challenge. I know I have walked and played 36 holes in a day, but the challenge of 72 holes is another level. I love the game of golf, so let's play and see if I can score 120 stableford points on the day. CT

I’m taking on Cancer Council’s The Longest Day...

... the ultimate golfing challenge to complete four rounds of golf in one day. That’s 72 holes!

I’ll be testing my skill, strength and stamina to raise funds for Cancer Council.

Because Australia has one of the highest rates of skin cancer in the world, with two in three Australians diagnosed with skin cancer by the age of 70 and I want to help change this.

Please sponsor me today, to make every hole count!

Thank you for your generous donation. Together, let’s tee off for a cancer free future.

Thank you to my Sponsors
